Booking Procedure - Spires Serviced Apartments
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads take a non-refundable deposit of up to 20% (this payment will be deducted from the total price quoted).Remaining balance will be taken on check-in.
Cancellation Policy
There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 10:00 BST 2 days before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged.
Additional Information
Please note that all weekend and public holiday stays are subject to a £250 deposit which will be taken from the payment card on the Friday prior to arrival (in addition to the accommodation charge). This deposit will be refunded to the card on the following Monday (Tuesday on bank holidays) after the completion of an apartment inspection, provided that maximum occupancy and guest noise level terms have not been breached.All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments.Pets are not allowed.
