Belfast Finest is a self catering apartment, situated in a modern development in the heart of Belfast City Centre. Situated 200 metres from Belfast City Hall and adjacent to the new and exclusive Victoria Square Shopping Centre, this well-appointed apartment boasts underground secure parking which can also be accessed via Chichester Street by using an intercom entry system. Belfast finest is located on the 7th floor with great views of Belfast city, it is luxuriously furnished and well equipped offering all modern facilities with a home-from-home atmosphere including 50 inch Sky (cable) television and Sony Playstation 3.
The apartment sleeps up to four people with two double bedrooms or one double and one twin room, two bathrooms (one en-suite), a spacious open plan living room-dining area-kitchen and a private balcony. Twenty-four hour security is guaranteed.

Booking Procedure
Payment
Serviced City Pads require a non-refundable deposit of 15% to secure the booking (this is deducted from the total amount). The Apartment Operator will contact the guest within 48 hours of booking to confirm details. The remaining balance is paid in cash to the Apartment Operator on check-in. The Apartment Operator will also take payment prior to check-in by bank transfer or to a PayPal account. Payment made by these methods must be received no later than the day before the arrival date.
Security Deposit
The Apartment Operator requires a cheque for £250.00 as a security deposit against damages to the apartment - this cheque is returned to the guest on departure. If the arrival date is within 7 days, the Apartment Operator will take a £250.00 security deposit in cash on check-in.
Parking
1 parking space is included with the apartment.
Other Information
No pets are allowed in the apartments. No parties allowed. Smoking is permitted on the balcony.
