Booking Procedure
Payment
To confirm the booking Serviced City Pads require a 15% non-refundable deposit. Serviced City Pads securely supply card details to the apartment operator. Serviced City Pads immediately shred your card details and do not retain. The apartment operator requires a further 6% deposit, with the remaining balance taken on the day of check-in.
Cancellations and Amendments
If you wish to alter your booking, the apartment operator will endeavour to comply with your requirements, but cannot guarantee that these will be met. You will be obliged to pay any additional expenses incurred as a result of an alteration.
Cancellations: Corporate Apartments Ltd cancellation policy is set out below. Cancellation charges will be applied in relation to the notice period between notification of cancellation and the date of stay at each apartment within a booking:

Additional Information
No parties in the apartment, guests will be asked to leave with no refund if there is excessive noice in the apartments. No pets in the apartments. No smoking in the apartments.
