Booking Procedure

Payment
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads require a non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total amount. The Apartment operator will contact the guest within 24 hours of booking to take a security damage deposit of £100. This is to secure against damages at the apartment and this amount is returned upon departure. Remaining balance for apartment can be settled before arrival or paid in cash on check-in.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled before 7 days before check-in will result in the loss of the £100 damage deposit (and the 15% paid to Serviced City Pads) Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the check-in date will result in full payment of the booking cost. The £100 damage deposit will be refunded in this case.

Security Deposit
£100 taken as damage deposit on booking as mentioned above.

Additional Information
No parties at the apartment. No pets in the apartments. No smoking in the apartments.
