Booking Procedure

Payment Procedure -
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads require a non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total amount. Apartment operator will contact the guest after booking to take Credit Card details which will be used to guarantee the reservation. Full payment will be required on arrival.

Cancellation Policy -
A credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation at City Nites in Birmingham. There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 16:00 hotel local time 1 day before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing or by Email 24hours before Arrival Date.
No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.

Security Deposit -
A deposit of £250 covering breakages and damages will be required at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay, following City Nites’s inspection of the apartment used by you and settlement of all charges owing to City Nites. The £250 is taken as a pre-authorization and will be held on your card and be released upon checkout once a room check has been completed.

Additional Information -
All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
