Booking Procedure
Payment Procedure
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads take a non-refundable deposit of 15% (this payment will be deducted from the total price quoted).The Apartment Operator will contact you within 48 hours of booking to take the remaining balance.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled less than 7 days prior to check in date, no refund will be given. If cancelled before 7 days full amount will be refunded.
Security Deposit
For bookings of 1 or 2 nights at weekends, a £150 deposit is required upon arrival to cover any potential damages or extra cleaning costs. This amount is deducted from guest's card on check-in and is refunded after departure, subject to a check of the apartments.
Additional Information
All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties or Pet are allowed within the apartment.
