Booking Procedure

Payment
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads require a 15% non-refundable deposit paid by debit or credit card (this is deducted from the total amount quoted). The Apartment Operator will then contact the guest within 48 hours to re-take card details and take the remaining balance, which is non-refundable.

Security Deposit
The Apartment Operator requires a £200.00 security deposit per apartment. This is taken at the same time as the remaining balance. The deposit is held against any additional expenses the guest may incur and any damage to the apartment suffered during their stay.
The Apartment Operator reserves the right to deduct from the deposit held all amounts chargeable. They will notify the guest of the charges prior to deducting from their credit card.
Please note that the accommodation charges cover an end of tenancy clean of up to 2 hours, anytime beyond this, the guest will be subject to a minimum charge of £50.

Cancellation Policy
All payments made are non-refundable.

Additional Information
All apartments are non-smoking. No pets allowed. No parties allowed.
