Booking Procedure - Broad Quay Apartments
Serviced City Pads take a non-refundable deposit of up to 20% to secure the booking, the apartment operator will contact you within the further 48 hours to take your card details. The Apartment Operator will take the remaining balance 48 hours prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent of one nights accomodation based on 3 nights.
Additional Information
No security deposit will be taken however you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incremental expenses. All apartments are non-smoking policy, no parties or pets are allowed within the apartment.
