Cheltenham Plaza is located in the centre of Cheltenham Town. There is a communal lift to all floors as well as stairs. The Two Bedroom Apartments comprise Two Double Bedrooms, with an Ensuite Shower Room to the master as well as a Bathroom, a fully equipped Kitchen with all utensils that one would expect in a serviced apartment and appliances including a washer/ dryer, Fridge with freezer compartment and oven, dining area with table and chairs, Lounge area including sofa(s) and television with Dvd player and Freeview and balcony. Every Apartment also benefits from FREE wireless broadband internet connection and a telephone on request. Due to the central location there is limited secure parking on the ground floor of the building which must be booked in advance.

Booking Procedure
Payment Procedure
The Apartment Operator will contact you within the next 48 hours to take the remaining balance. This amount can be paid by the following methods –
- Debit/Credit card - All Card Payments are subject to a 2% surcharge per payment made.
- Cheque - Payment cannot be accepted by cheque within a week from the arrival date.
- Bankers draft/Bank transfer - If you intend to pay by bank transfer this should reach our account net of all bank charges. Please ask your bank to show your name and booking reference on the transfer. A copy of the transfer should also be sent or faxed to us.
Should payment not reach the apartment operator within the required time, the operator reserves the right to cancel any reservations made and any deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation
If you have to, or wish to, cancel your booking, you must inform Bliss Serviced Properties Ltd in writing as soon as possible at:-

If a cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to arrival date and acknowledged by us, you will receive a full refund.
Where a cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to arrival refunds are made at the managers discretion and subject to the apartment being re-let.
No refunds will be made for non arrivals.
Security deposit
Valid credit card details will be required to cover any additional charges and breakages at the time of booking. Apartment Operator reserves the right to deduct from that card all amounts chargeable. We will notify you of the charges prior to deducting from your credit card
Other Information
Apartment Operator has a strict NO SMOKING POLICY. Smoking is not allowed in any of our apartments or in any area of the apartment blocks. If, in our reasonable opinion, smoking has occurred in the apartment during your stay we reserve the right to apply a £50 penalty fee.
