Booking Procedure

Payment

After confirming the booking, the guest will be contacted within 24 hours by the Apartment Operator to take credit card details and a 20% non-refundable deposit. The remainder of the balance will be taken upon arrival.

Security Deposit

€250 per apartment will be taken upon check-in in cash or as a pre-authorisation on a debit/credit card to cover any possible damages or breach of contract regulations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a reservation will be effective only from the date of receipt.

Deposits paid are non-refundable. Prepay and Save rates are non-refundable.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to cancellations@staydublin.com. Confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. Client and Booking Agent do not guarantee that e-mails sent are received. It is Client's responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation. Cancellations may be liable to the charges outlined below.

Depending on the reasons for your cancellation, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges from your insurance company, if you have taken out travel insurance. We strongly recommend that all clients obtain appropriate travel and personal insurance cover.

Cancellations must be received prior to 12 noon (Irish time) two days before the arrival date, and received by e-mail to cancellations@staydublin.com. No further charges will be made for cancellations received prior to this deadline, other than the loss of any deposit paid.

If Client notifies of cancellation after 12 noon (Irish time) and within two days of the arrival date, or fails to arrive, the full amount will be charged and is non-refundable.

Cancellations are not permitted on Prepay and Save rates.

Additional Information

All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
