Master bedroom containing a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, second bedroom with twin beds, spacious lounge area with a sofa bed suitable for two adults. Fully equipped kitchen and additional bathroom with bathtub and shower.

All of the apartments have fully furnished bedrooms providing you with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The living rooms are fully furnished with comfortable sofas and dining tables and chairs. They are also come equipped with a flat-screen TV with Free view channels and a DVD player so that you can relax. These modern style apartments also have a fully fitted kitchen for self catering.

Situated just 5 minutes from Edinburgh Waverley train station the apartments are easily accessible, with car parking also available on-site. Free internet comes as standard.

Booking Procedure

Payment
Serviced City Pads require a non-refundable deposit of 15% to secure the booking (this is deducted from the total amount). Within 24 hours of the booking, the Apartment Operator will contact the guest by e-mail with more information about payment and check-in procedures. The Apartment Operator will not issue a pass code for the keys to the apartment until full payment has been received. Pass codes will be issued on the day of arrival or the day before. Full payment must be made no later than the day of arrival.
Please note card handling charges apply to certain card types; Debit Card = Free, Visa, Mastercard and American Express = £4.00 charge

Security Deposit
For security reasons, all guests must take a photocopy of a passport or driving license on arrival.
For security, Easylet Edinburgh Apartments require valid credit or debit card details to ensure they are covered for any damages or theft to the apartment, or if the apartment is left in an unsatisfactory state.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy for the apartments is as the following;
1-6 nights stay = 72 hours
7-28 nights stay = 7 days
29+ nights = 14 days
Cancellations made within these periods will result in charge equal to 1 night's stay.

Additional Information
No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed. Easy Let Edinburgh Apartments operates a strict NO SMOKING POLICY and reserves the right to levy a £100 deep cleaning charge in the event of you smoking or suspected of smoking in the apartments.
