Booking Procedure

Payment
Serviced City Pads secure the booking with a non-refundable 15% deposit. Apartment Operator will contact the guest after booking to take a further deposit of 20% of the full rental, unless the booking is made within 6 weeks of the check-in date, when the full amount is payable.

Cancellation Policy
All payments made are non-refundable.

Additional Information
All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
