Our 5 star accredited Upper villa Luxury apartments have a scale and proportion rarely seen today, with generous public rooms, exquisite cornice work, high ceilings and richly crafted carpentry. The large windows flood the rooms with natural light and the timber floors are redolent of a bygone era.
Each of our Upper Villas have 4 double bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people with the option of having up to 2 extra beds added to the property upon request raising the occupancy level up to 10.
Our Upper Villas are extremely grand properties with high ceilings, a very large floorspace and have the wow factor.
Each Upper Villa features free private parking, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a large LCD television, DVD player, a stereo system and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.
Located in the beautiful and prestigious Grange area of Edinburgh, the city centre and all of it's attractions are just approx a 20 min walk away.
A welcome pack is provided upon arrival and towels & linens are also provided.

To secure the booking Serviced City Pads take a non-refundable deposit of up to 15% (this payment will be deducted from the total price quoted).The Apartment Operator will take the remaining balance 8 weeks prior to stay, if the booking is made within the 8 weeks the Apartment Operator will contact you in the next 48 hours to take the remaining balance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation outside 7 days prior to stay no charge, within 7 days the Apartment Operator will charge for the full stay.
Additional Information
A security deposit may be required at check-in. This will be fully refunded provided the apartment has been left without damage, and with all apartment accessories intact.All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments.Pets are not allowed.
