Our 5 star accredited coach house has been completely refurbished and fitted out with contemporary furnishings and fittings. This is one of our favourite properties, where the combination of careful planning and stylish design does not detract from the unique period character of the interiors.
The fully detached Coach House features one double bedroom with en-suite and an additional double sofa bed in the lounge sleeping up to 3 people. The property includes free private parking, a private garden, free wireles internet access, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a large LCD television, DVD player, stereo system and an additional w/c on the ground floor.
A welcome pack is provided upon arival and towels & linens are also provided.
Located in the beautiful and prestigious Grange area of Edinburgh, the city centre and all it's attraction is just approx a 20 min walk away.

To secure the booking Serviced City Pads take a non-refundable deposit of up to 15% (this payment will be deducted from the total price quoted).The Apartment Operator will take the remaining balance 8 weeks prior to stay, if the booking is made within the 8 weeks the Apartment Operator will contact you in the next 48 hours to take the remaining balance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation outside 7 days prior to stay no charge, within 7 days the Apartment Operator will charge for the full stay.
Additional Information
A security deposit may be required at check-in. This will be fully refunded provided the apartment has been left without damage, and with all apartment accessories intact.All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments.Pets are not allowed.
