Offering guests a level of attention and service, allowing guests to maintain their privacy and seclusion. Situated just off the historic Royal Mile, for guests who appreciate quality, authentic style and genuine courtesy, they offer an entirely different accommodation experience.

All 41 spacious luxury apartments and Penthouse comprise of two bedrooms, a mixture of double and twin rooms, with each apartment able to accommodate from single occupancy up to four guests. The apartments have fully fitted kitchens in contemporary style, a spacious lounge complete with dining area for six designed with luxury and comfort in mind. Penthouse apartments also available that offer a further advantage of a separate meeting or private dining area ideal for 6 guests. Please enquire for more details.

We operate as a hotel with 24 hour reception, daily housekeeping service, laundry and dry cleaning service and complimentary broadband in all our apartments. Guests also have the advantage of our on site secure car parking and on site fitness suite.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 people that can be 2 doubles, double/twin or twin/twin layout subject to availability. Sofa beds can also be provided for an additional cost. Please enquire for more details.

Booking Procedure

Payment
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads take a non-refundable deposit of 15%, paid by debit or credit card (this payment will be deducted from the total price quoted).The Apartment Operator will contact the guest within the next 48 hours to take card details and take the remaining balance.
Please note: The credit/debit card used to make the reservation must be presented at check-in. Check-in will not be permitted without this. The credit/debit card shall also be used as a guarantee against any additional charges such as telephone calls and damages, thus a pre-authorisation for the total balance of accommodation plus £50.00 per Apartment is required on check-in. Entry to the hotel will not be permitted without this.

Security Deposit
A credit card number will be required on arrival to be held as a guarantee against any extra charges, such as telephone calls, or damages.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation all payments made are non-refundable.

Parking
On-site parking is available to book for £8.50 a night. Please contact apartment operator if you wish to check availability and book a parking space for your stay.

Additional Information
Holyrood apartHOTEL offers a limited number of Smoking apartments on the 1st floor only. All other apartments are non smoking and non smoking signage is clearly displayed in the apartment. We reserve the right to charge a minimum £50.00 deep cleaning fee should you smoke in a non smoking apartment.

No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
