Award winning service and an excellent location in the heart of Edinburgh has made The Knight Residence a customer favourite since 1999. Spacious apartments with on-site reception and comprehensive housekeeping service, free internet access and secure private parking.
The Comfort two bedroom apartments have a spacious lounge featuring an HD LCD TV with premium sports channels, DVD, music system, supremely comfortable sofa and chairs.
The relaxing main bedroom has a queen bed, make-up area, LCD TV with DVD and in room safe. The second bedroom has twin beds which can be joined to make a super-king on request.
The main bathroom has a shower over the bath and there is a second shower room en-suite to the main bedroom.
The fully fitted kitchen has appliances which include dishwasher and washer/dryer as well as a small dining area.
Each apartment has a direct dial telephone and is fully double glazed with independently controlled central heating.
The Comfort Apartments are in an annexe building near to the main building and have no housekeeping service at weekends

Payment
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads take a non-refundable deposit of up to 20% (this payment will be deducted from the total price quoted).The Apartment Operator will contact you within the next 48 hours to take the remaining balance.
Security Deposit
At check-in a credit card authorization is required for the total amount of the accommodation charges
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to 4.00pm on the day prior to the day of arrival, incurr an administration charge of £25 per room. Cancellations made after 4.00pm on the day prior to the day of arrival, will be charged for 1 nights accommodation.
Edinburgh Festival, Hogmanay, Rugby Internationals and other special events- Cancellations more than 21 days prior to arrival - £25 administration charge. Cancellations less than 21 days prior to arrival - 1 night will be charged if we are unable to re-let the accommodation
Parking
On-site parking is available to book for £5.00 a night. Please contact apartment operator if you wish to check availability and book a parking space for your stay.
