This exclusive 2 double bedroom serviced apartments is 1.6 miles (10 minutes) from Edinburgh;s city centre and Waverly Train Station, and offers a great-value alternative to a traditional hotel.

These apartments have 2 large, comfortable bedrooms, with the master bedroom featuring an en suite shower room, plus a separate bathroom. Each apartment also has a designer kitchen/dining area with integrated appliances and a spacious lounge with feature fireplace and digital TV with free Sky sports and movie channels.

With all the freedom, independence and convenience of an apartment you can explore Edinburgh and the surrounding region at your leisure. The apartments offer all the amenities you would expect from top class accommodation and all the privacy of your own individual home-from-home for the price of a standard hotel room.

Free wireless internet access is available in the apartments and the complex also offers free on-site parking facilities.

The apartments can accommodate individuals, families or corporate clients alike, and you can book your own serviced apartment for however long you want, from a few days to a few weeks. There is a Sainsbury;s supermarket within 5 minutes; walk of the apartments and there are also 2 local shops right outside Lochend Apartments; front door.

Booking Procedure

Payment
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads require a non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total amount. The Apartment Operator will contact the guest after booking to re-take card details from the guest. Remaining balance will be taken on check-in.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time on the date of arrival a charge equivalent to the cost of one night’s accommodation (or service) will be levied. Any cancellations made before 48 hours of check-in will result in no extra charges.

Security Deposit
The guest’s card details will be retained for the duration of the stay to cover against any potential damages.

Additional Information
All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Well behaved pets can be accommodated.
