This property has very recently been completely refurbished with new kitchen, bathroom, sanded wood floors, a fresh lick of paint, etc. throughout the property. You could be one of the first to stay here and take advantage of the introductory offers (including 30% off for any time in January), making this apartment even better value for money. Enjoy all that Edinburgh has to offer as you're only a 5 minute walk from Princes Street and the heart of this fantastic city, including all the major city centre shopping areas. The apartment (situated on the second floor of a traditional Victorian tenement building) is finished and furnished to a 3-star standard, and features the beautiful cornicing, architraving and high ceilings typical of a property of this style.

The comfortable living room benefits from a double sofa-bed and increases the flexibility of the property. There are 2 master bedrooms, each sleeping 2 adults in either single beds or superking doubles (thanks to hotel-style zip and link beds). A third bedroom provides a substantially sized adult bunk bed, sleeping 2 in comfort. In total, this property can sleep up to 8 adults. The kitchen features all required appliances and includes an integrated ceramic hob.

Despite the superb city-centre location, there is on-street parking available (metered at around 60 pence per hour and not applicable on weekends) and you will find free parking around 400 metres away from the property. As with all central locations you will find excellent access to a major bus route (within 100 metres) or just step outside and you can easily walk to all central Edinburgh locations. This property provides excellent value for money, especially with the current discounts.

Booking Procedure

Payment
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads require a 15% non-refundable deposit (deducted from the total cost.) The remaining balance to be paid to the apartment operator 8 weeks before the arrival date.

Security Deposit
You must pay a security deposit of £200, 7 days before the start of your stay (or at the time of booking if this date has passed.) The cost of any damage to the property or to any items belonging to the property or any service charges incurred by you or any member of your party (for example telephone calls) will be deducted by us from the security deposit at the end of your stay.

Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation terms apply:
Your deposit is non refundable regardless of when you cancel.
30 – 60 days notice – you will lose deposit plus 20% of balance
14 – 29 days notice – you will lose deposit plus 50% of balance
Less than 14 days notice – you will lose total balance.
