Victoria Street is one of the city's prettiest and most photographed streets and together with the Grassmarket, they are home to numerous restaurants, bistros, historic Scottish pubs, galleries and specialist shops, selling amongst other things; antiques, books, cashmere, tailoring, kites and cheese! For more traditional high street shopping, Princes Street and the more exclusive George Street are a short 5 minute stroll away. George Street also plays host to many of Edinburgh's upmarket restaurants, bars and clubs. For a less expensive night on the town, the lively Cowgate is also within walking distance of the apartments. This Luxury 1 bed room apartment converted from the former Traverse Theatre and located in a quiet private and secure courtyard in the centre of the Old Town Grassmarket EH1.
West Bow apartment is located on the on the first floor with a shared entrance with just 2 other apartments. The apartment has 1 double bedroom and a double sofa bed enabling the apartment to sleep 4 people maximum.
Booking Procedure
Payment
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads require a non-refundable deposit of 15% (this is deducted from the total amount.) The Apartment Operator will contact you within the next 48 hours to take a further 25% deposit, remaining balance will be paid 8 weeks prior to check-in (if the booking is taken within 8 weeks the full remaining balance will be taken by the Operator.
Security Deposit
A £100.00 refundable security deposit/excess cleaning will be required. Any damage to the furniture, fittings and/or contents of the apartments are chargeable to the guest should this come to more than £100.00 Should the damage result in another booking being cancelled, the Tenant will be held liable for all consequential losses to the Apartment Operator also.
Cancellation Policy
Once a booking deposit has been paid and the booking confirmed in writing/email, the guest is liable for the whole amount of the rent for the period booked. Cancellations made within the period of less than 8 weeks to arrival will result in full payment of the stay. If the cancellation is then re- let then any payment made to for the booking will be refunded though this may be less than the original price. All cancellations must be made in writing. An admin fee of £20.00 will also be charged by the Apartment Operator.

No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed. No smoking allowed anywhere in the apartments.
