Whether your visit is for business or pleasure there is a superb selection of one and two bedroom self-catering apartments to suit your needs. Providing a genuine home from home all apartments are fully furnished with TVs, sofas, fully-equipped kitchens, dining areas, spacious bedrooms and more.

There is a offer a selection of 28 one bedroom (sleeps 3) and 9 two bedroom (sleeps 5) apartments, which come fully furnished with bed linen and towels also provided. All apartments also come with fully-equipped kitchens, washer/dryer, microwave oven, TV/DVD players and lounge/dining area.

The apartments are very centrally located in Edinburgh City Centre, just 12 mins walk from The Castle and 10 mins walk from Princess Street.

These 2 bedroom apartments have either a double or twin bedrooms (subject to availability) and a sofa bed in the lounge, with the apartment sleeping up to 5 maximum.

Please note these apartments operate a 2 night minimum booking for most weekends throughout the year.

Booking Procedure

Payment
Serviced City Pads requrie a 15% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking, this is deducted from the total amount. Remaining balance to be paid on check-in.

Guests’ card details will be supplied to the apartment operator by telephone to hold against any late cancellations or no-shows; Serviced City Pads do not retain any card details.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to midday on the day of arrival, and received by email to reception@stayedinburgh.com. No further charges will be made for cancellations received prior to this deadline, other than the loss of any deposit paid.
If Client notifies of cancellation within 48 hours, or fails to arrive, the full amount will be charged and is non-refundable.
Cancellations are not permitted on Prepay and save rates.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of up to £250 may be required at check-in. This will be fully refunded provided the apartment has been left without damage, and with all apartment accessories intact.
Please note StayEdinburgh reserves the right to charge the cardholder and/or guest(s) for any damage caused by the guest or any of the guest's party. A full inventory check of the apartment is carried out before the guest's arrival and after the guest has departed. Any damage to the apartment, or missing or damaged contents will be charged to cardholder and/or guest(s).

Parking
On-site parking is available to book for £12 a night. Please contact apartment operator if you wish to check availability and book a parking space for your stay.

Additional Information
All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
