These Edinburgh two bedroom apartments are available in three different types: SAVER, PREMIUM, and EXECUTIVE. The SAVER type has one double bedroom and one single bedroom, allowing them to sleep 3 people. The PREMIUM and EXECUTIVE types have two double bedrooms, allowing them to sleep 4 people. These apartments can accommodate one extra person on an extra single bed, increasing the apartment occupancy to 5 people - this comes at an additional cost of £30.00 per night.

These apartments (except for the SAVER type) include a breakfast welcome basket containing bread, milk, selection of cereals, biscuits, orange juice, jam, butter. With toiletries from The White Company: luxury bathrobes and luxury chocolates on your bed.

Wi-Fi available at an extra cost of £10.00 per night. However, the guest can also purchase a package of WiFi, movies on demand, and music on demand for £15.00 per night.

Parking is not available on-site. However, guests are entitled to a reduced rate at a nearby John Lewis car park (subject to availability).

Booking Procedure

Payment
Serviced City Pads require a non-refundable deposit of 15% to secure the booking (this is deducted from the total amount). The Apartment Operator will contact the guest within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation to take the remaining balance. Payment can be made by credit / debit card.

Security Deposit
The Apartment Operator will take a £100.00 pre-authorised security deposit from the credit / debit card in the name of the registered guest when checking-in / collecting keys. Entry will not be permitted without this deposit and no refunds will be given if a credit / debit card deposit is not provided. The guest agrees that the Apartment Operator is authorised to deduct from this deposit to cover damages to the room or other chargeable items for which the guest is liable.

Cancellation Policy
For EXECUTIVE and PREMIUM apartments the guest may cancel up to 3pm on the day before their planned day of arrival. For cancellations after this time, 100% of the accommodation charge will apply. For SAVER apartments your booking is 100% non refundable and non transferable.

Additional Information
All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
