Booking Procedure

Payment
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads take a non-refundable deposit of up to 15% (this payment will be deducted from the total price quoted).The Apartment Operator will contact you 48 hours prior to check-in for the remaining balance.

Security Deposit
A credit card number will be required on arrival to be held as a guarantee against any extra charges, such as telephone calls, or damages

Cancellation Policy
There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 10:00 BST 2 days before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged.
