Over the weekend on street Free Parking is available just around the corner from the apartment. During the week there is Free on street parking on residential streets a 5 minute walk away.

Booking Procedure

Payment
Serviced City Pads secure the booking with a non-refundable 15% deposit. The Apartment Operator will contact you within the next 48 hours to take a further 20% deposit, remaining balance will be paid 6 weeks prior to check-in (if the booking is taken within 6 weeks the full remaining balance will be taken by the Operator.)

Security Deposit
The Apartment Operator will take a £100.00 security deposit which will be returned 7 days after departure.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation the apartment operator will retain the 20% non-refundable deposit.

Additional Information
No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed. No smoking allowed anywhere in the apartments.
