The ultimate in spacious accommodation our three bedroom penthouse suites are ideal for up to six adults sharing. Enjoying spectacular views over the merchant city these suites are the last word in luxury. There's no need to queue for the bathroom though as all bedrooms have an en-suite shower room in addition to the main penthouse bathroom. These apartments have three double bedrooms (one of which can be converted into a twin bedroom) to sleep up to 6 people.

Booking Procedure

Payment
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads take a non-refundable deposit of up to 15% (this payment will be deducted from the total price quoted.) Remaining balance to be taken on check-in.

Security Deposit
Please note that all weekend and public holiday stays are subject to a £250 deposit which will be taken from the payment card on the Friday prior to arrival (in addition to the accommodation charge). This deposit will be refunded to the card on the following Monday (Tuesday on bank holidays) after the completion of an apartment inspection, provided that maximum occupancy and guest noise level terms have not been breached.

Cancellation Policy
There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 10.00pm 2 days before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged.

Additional Information
All apartments are strictly non smoking, guests who smoke in an apartment will be held liable for a £100.00 deep cleaning charge. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
