Booking Procedure
Booking Procedure -
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads take a non-refundable deposit of 15% (this payment will be deducted from the total price quoted). The Apartment Operator will contact you within 48 hours to take your card details, the remaining balance will be taken 48 hours prior to arrival from your card.
Cancellation Policy -
Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.Cancellation received less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent of one nights accommodation based on 3 nights.
Additional Information -
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments.Pets are not allowed.
