Check-In Information:
The apartments do not have their own reception area. To check in, go to the main office at 34 Ardconnel Street, Inverness, IV2 3EX. If you are due to arrive later than the published check-in times, you must contact the apartments to make alternative arrangements.
Highland Apartments accept payment by Visa & Mastercard but not by American Express card

Check In & Check Out
Please note that the Apartments By-the-Bridge do not have a reception area.
Follow directions to our main office at 34 Ardconnel Street, Inverness, IV2 3EX, to check in, collect your keys and a street map to your apartment if necessary. Check-in time is any time from 3.00pm – 6.00pm; if you are going to arrive earlier or later please let us know and we can make alternative arrangements.
Finally, we ask you to please leave the apartment by 10.00am to let us in to clean the apartment to the high standard you experienced when you arrived. When you are ready to leave the apartment please put the keys in the top left hand box in the entrance lobby – the one marked “Highland Apartments key drop-off box”.
Housekeeping - We do not ask for a housekeeping deposit but we do ask that you leave the apartment in a reasonable condition. Hair Dyes & Fake Tans – guests are advised that these products will, more often than not, create stains on our towels that render them unusable. We would strongly advise that, if you are going to use these products, you bring your own towels. We will charge for any towels that are left unusable through use of these products.
Breakages - Breakages of glasses, plates etc can happen; we will not charge for one or two small broken items but would appreciate being told about it so we can replace the items for the next guest. For larger items over £30.00 (eg glass tables, lamps, showers, TV/DVD etc) we will cost the items fairly and will ask for recompense for mending or replacement.
Apartment Use – this agreement is under the terms of Schedule 4 section 8 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988 which gives you the right to occupy the property for the agreed period and for holiday purposes only. Please note the apartment is not for hire for the use of any illegal business activity. Any customer found using the apartment for illegal activities will be asked to leave immediately and will forfeit any payment made.
The number of people occupying each apartment must not exceed 2 for a 1-bedroom apartment or 4 for a 2-bedroom apartment. We are contractually bound to refuse entry, ask you to leave, or book excess numbers into a separate apartment if available (at the daily rate) if this condition is broken.
CANCELLATION POLICY - if, for any reason, you have to cancel, we will charge you for the first night’s stay if you cancel before 24 hours of your arrival date. If you cancel within 24 hours of arrival we will charge you the full rate for your whole stay.
Holiday Insurance - it is always upsetting to have to cancel a holiday and we strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance. Whilst we do carry public liability insurance, please note that this does not cover personal items belonging to you.
