Each of the apartments features a full size kitchen, spacious living area with state-of-the-art entertainment systems, wifi / wireless broadband internet, separate bedrooms, and laundry facilities. The Entrada apartments really do make a perfect home away from home!
These two bedroom apartments have two double bedrooms and two bathrooms to sleep four people. The occupancy of these apartments can be increased to 5 people with the addition of an extra mattress with duvet and pillows in one of the bedrooms at a cost of £25.00 per night (this rate may be reduced during weeknights).

Booking Procedure
Payment
Serviced City Pads require a non-refundable deposit of 15% to secure the booking (this is deducted from the total amount). The Apartment Operator will contact the guest 7 days before check-in date to take card details and take full payment of the remaining balance. If check-in is within 7 days of booking, the Apartment Operator will contact the guest within 24 hours to take card details and take full payment of the remaining balance.
Security Deposit
The Apartment Operator does not require a security deposit.
Cancellation Policy
There is no charge, if a guaranteed daily reservation is cancelled at any time up to 48hrs before the due arrival date, this is known as the “48hr rule”. In the event of non-arrival or cancellation after the 48hr rule and where the booking has been guaranteed, a charge equivalent to one night's accommodation at the package rate at which the reservation was made will be levied. Normal terms of payment apply to these charges. In the case of weekly or multiple bookings the cancellation rule is 7 days, the cancellation charge will be equivalent to the price of one weeks accommodation. The Apartment Operator reserves the right to relocate guests in equivalent accommodation if they deem this necessary.
Parking
There is on-site parking available at a rate of £10 per night per space (subject to availability). For stays longer than 7 days, parking is free (subject to availability). The Apartment Operator does not accept responsibility for damage to, or for theft from, or for theft of vehicles parked on their premises.
Additional Information
All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
Clients who leave the apartment in an unacceptable condition will incur a professional cleaning service charge of £70. Clients who lose room keys or car park fob will incur a replacement charge of £150. The Apartment Operator reserves the right to judge acceptable levels of noise or behaviour of guests who must take all steps for corrective action as requested by the Apartment Operator. In the event of failure to comply with management requests, the Apartment Operator may terminate the booking without compensation.
