Booking Procedure

Booking Procedure -
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads take a non-refundable deposit of up to 15% (this payment will be deducted from the total price quoted).Remaining balance will be taken on check-in.

You will be contacted immediately by the Apartment Operator following your booking confirmation. They will require to take your card details. (SCP shreds all card details).

Payment of the remaining balance of your booking is due on arrival.

The Apartment Operator will require a pre-authorisation of £250 on your card on arrival. This is to cover any potential damages to the property that may result from your stay.

You will not be charged for a cancellation if you cancel your booking before Midday the day before your proposed arrival. Otherwise, you will be charged for the 1st night of your booking.

Payments made to Serviced City Pads are not refundable.
