The Newly opened BridgeStreet at Liverpool ONE is situated in the heart of the Liverpool ONE development, the North West of England’s premier shopping and leisure destination.Our newly constructed and centrally located apartments offer a choice of stylish studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments. All of these apartments are fitted out to the highest specification throughout and have contemporary, fully functional kitchens and beautiful bathrooms. With stunning views across the City of Liverpool and the historic waterfront our location lends itself to eating well, entertainment and shopping – all within a minutes’ walk from your front door.

Our apartments are surrounded by an unrivalled selection of restaurants and cafés on the leisure terrace as well as the option of a fantastic retail and shopping experience in major stores all on your doorstep. A 14-screen Odeon cinema and the beautiful landscaped Chavasse Park complete the experience.Our apartments provide a private, secure and comfortable environment in which you can work, relax and entertain. We accommodate short-term and long-term requirements and offer serviced apartments on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Booking Procedure

Payment
To confirm the booking Serviced City Pads will take a non-refundable deposit of up to 12%. The Apartment Operator will contact the guest after booking to take guest's card details. Remaining balance to be paid on check-in. There is a 3% surcharge on payment made by credit card.

Security Deposit
The Apartment Operator will require a pre-authorisation of £250 on your card on arrival. This is to cover any potential damages to the property that may result from your stay.

Cancellation Policy
You will not be charged for a cancellation if you cancel your booking before Midday the day before your proposed arrival. Otherwise, you will be charged for the 1st night of your booking.

Parking
On-site parking is available to book for £10 a night, per car. Please contact apartment operator if you wish to check availability and book a parking space for your stay.

Additional Information
All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
