Booking Procedure
Payment
To confirm the booking Serviced City Pads will take a non-refundable deposit of up to 12%. The Apartment Operator will contact the guest after booking to take guest's card details. Remaining balance to be paid on check-in. There is a 3% surcharge on payment made by credit card.
Security Deposit
The Apartment Operator will require a pre-authorisation of £250 on your card on arrival. This is to cover any potential damages to the property that may result from your stay.
Cancellation Policy
You will not be charged for a cancellation if you cancel your booking before Midday the day before your proposed arrival. Otherwise, you will be charged for the 1st night of your booking.
Parking
On-site parking is available to book for £10 a night, per car. Please contact apartment operator if you wish to check availability and book a parking space for your stay.

All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
