All of these apartments are fitted out to the highest specification throughout and have contemporary, fully functional kitchens and beautiful bathrooms. With stunning views across the City of Liverpool and the historic waterfront our location lends itself to eating well, entertainment and shopping – all within a minutes’ walk from your front door.

Our apartments are surrounded by an unrivalled selection of restaurants and cafés on the leisure terrace as well as the option of a fantastic retail and shopping experience in major stores all on your doorstep. A 14-screen Odeon cinema and the beautiful landscaped Chavasse Park complete the experience.Our apartments provide a private, secure and comfortable environment in which you can work, relax and entertain. We accommodate short-term and long-term requirements and offer serviced apartments on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Booking Procedure

Booking Procedure -
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads take a non-refundable deposit of up to 15% (this payment will be deducted from the total price quoted).Remaining balance will be taken on check-in.

You will be contacted immediately by the Apartment Operator following your booking confirmation. They will require to take your card details. (SCP shreds all card details).

Payment of the remaining balance of your booking is due on arrival.

The Apartment Operator will require a pre-authorisation of £250 on your card on arrival. This is to cover any potential damages to the property that may result from your stay.

You will not be charged for a cancellation if you cancel your booking before Midday the day before your proposed arrival. Otherwise, you will be charged for the 1st night of your booking.

Payments made to Serviced City Pads are not refundable.
