Booking Procedure - Bridpoint Serviced Apartments
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads take a non-refundable deposit of up to 15% (this payment will be deducted from the total price quoted).The Apartment Operator will contact you within the next 48 hours to take a further 25% payment for bookings made more than 14 days prior. For bookings made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date the remaining balance will be taken 14 days prior to arrival. For bookings made less than 14 days prior to arrival the Apartment Operator will take the remaining balance for the stay.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.Cancellation received less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent of one nights accommodation.
Additional Information
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses. All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
