A great option for a family or group of friends, leisure guests will love our home from home facilities whilst business guests can unwind after a busy day in the office. With a comfortable bedroom, bathroom and sitting room with double sofa bed this is a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy all that Liverpool has to offer. We are situated within easy walking distance of all the city's amenities including quality restaurants & shops.
We offer a selection of one bedroom apartments with an additional sofa bed in the lounge that can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people. Some of these apartments also have balcony's (subject to availability - please enquire before booking to avoid disappointment)

To secure the booking Serviced City Pads take a non-refundable deposit of up to 15% (this payment will be deducted from the total price quoted).The Apartment Operator will contact you within the next 48 hours to take a further 25% payment for bookings made more than 14 days prior.For bookings made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date the remaining balance will be taken 14 days prior to arrival.For bookings made less than 14 days prior to arrival the Apartment Operator will take the remaining balance for the stay.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.Cancellation received less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent of one nights accommodation.
Additional Information
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments.Pets are not allowed.
