Dakota House serviced apartments are located in a modern apartment block situated in the bustling Rope Walks area of Liverpool. An ideal location in Liverpool City Centre that offers an excellent base for visiting Liverpool. Within easy walking distance of the famous Albert Docks and the brand new LiverpoolOne shopping complex. There are also a host of restaurants and other amenities close by including the famous St. Petersburg Russian restaurant, FACT cinema and gallery, Tate gallery and the bars at Concert Square and Seel Street - including Alma De Cuba, a former Polish Church which has been converted into a bar and restaurant with an amazing interior including a marble Altar.

Booking Procedure
Payment
Serviced City Pads require a non-refundable deposit of up to 15% of the total amount to secure the booking (this is deducted from the total amount). The Apartment Operator will contact the guest within 48 hours of booking to take card details. Remaining balance will then be taken off the card on check-in.
Security Deposit
For bookings of 3 nights or less, a security deposit of £200 per apartment will be required on arrival to cover any potential damages or losses to the apartments This deposit will be taken as a pre-authorisation on a credit card by the Apartment Operator.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival date will be charged full amount of stay. Cancellations made before this time will incur no charges.
Additional Information
All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
