Luxurious 2 bedroom apartment situated in the Casartelli building within walking distance to all main city centre attractions. Apartment furnished to a 4 star plus standard with 2 bedrooms,living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and 2 bathrooms. Included in the rate is fresh milk, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits upon arrival as well as Gilcrest and Soames toiletries. Daily maid service available and fresh linen provided every third day. This rate is based on 4 people sharing. Please specify if you would like twin or double beds on making the booking - please note bed layouts are on request only.

The apartment operator can supply an additional guest bed to cater for up to a maximum of 5 guests but this must be requested at the time of booking as the rate for the apartment will change. The current rate for an additional guest bed is £50.00 per night.

Booking Procedure

Payment
Serviced City Pads require a non-refundable deposit of 15% to secure the booking. The remaining balance is payable on check-in.

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled up to 3 days prior to arrival no charges will incur. If cancelled after our 3 day cancellation policy or in cases of a no show your card will be charged for the first nights accommodation.

Security Deposit
You will need to provide a credit or debit card on arrival for authorisation in the sum of the first nights accommodation. If you do not have a card for authorisation on arrival a cash deposit will be asked for and returned upon inspection of your apartment on check out.

Parking
On-site parking is available to book for £10 a night, per car. Please contact apartment operator if you wish to check availability and book a parking space for your stay.

Additional Information
Posh Pads is a 4 - 5 star serviced apartment building therefore we do NOT tolerate unruly behaviour OR excessive noise and politely ask those intent on late night parties to seek alternative accommodation. Guests making excessive noise WILL be aksed to leave, without refund. Non residents will not be permitted after 9pm and will be asked to leave. We do not accept stag or hen parties or same sex groups consisting of more than 5 adults. A group booking is classed as a booking consisting of 8 adults or more and permission MUST be given by Posh Pads prior to arrival. We do not accept non corporate booking's for guests aged under 21 years old and photo ID may be asked for on arrival. We do not accept stag and hen parties or same sex groups of 5 persons or more unless pre arranged and approved by Posh Pads. Posh Pads reserve the right to pre authorize guests card prior to arrival. Unreturned keys or fobs will be charged for at £10 per key and £50 per fob. Unreturned internet USB sticks will be charged at £150. The Casartelli is a strictly non smoking building therefore any guest found smoking in your apartment or any public areas of The Casartelli are strictly prohibited. A cleaning charge will be charged to the credit card given to reserve the booking if you are found to have smoked in your apartment. Guests are expected to leave the apartment reasonably clean and tidy and to treat the apartments with respect. If the apartment is deemed to be left in an unacceptable condition your card will be subject to excessive cleaning charges.
