A brand new development of self-catering apartments with spectacular views, right in the heart of the vibrant city, waterside at Kings Dock and adjacent to the Liverpool Echo Arena and BT Convention Centre.
The apartments are walking distance of everything pivotal to Liverpool City Centre, and a mere 15 minutes drive from John Lennon Airport. Consisting of one and two bedroom apartments featuring clean lines and cool airy spacious accommodations furnished in a contemporary style. Every detail has been attended to with care to ensure your complete comfort. An array of quality restaurants and funky bars, along with some of the largest retail centres sit on the doorstep.
These 2 bedroom apartments have one double room and one twin single room. Some apartments come equipped with a double sofa bed to take the capacity to 6 guests, please enquire for more details.

Reception opening times are 9.00am - 9.00pm. Any check-ins outside of this time need to be pre-arranged with the apartment operator.
Please note: You must be 21 or older to book with the Kings Dock Apartments. The Apartment Operator will ask for photo ID and date of birth on check-in. Check-in will not be possible without this.
Booking Procedure
Payment
Serviced City Pads require a 15% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. Guest's card details are supplied to the apartment Operator within 24 hours and supply your card details securely, Serviced City Pads immediately shred your card details and do not retain. Remaining balance to be taken on check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 48 hours will result in a 100% charge. Cancellations outside of 48 hours will be refunded minus the 15% deposit paid to Serviced City Pads.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of £200 per apartment will be required on check-in to be taken as a pre-authorisation on a card or in cash. This is to cover against any damages or extra costs incurred from the stay, and will be redunded on check-out.
Additional Information
All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
