Set in the heart of Liverpool's waterfront, adjacent to the world-famous Pier Head and Three Graces, these superb apartments sit just a stones throw away from the shops, restaurants and bars, Liverpool One, the Albert Dock and City Centre.

Merchants Quarters Penthouse apartments are designed with high specification appliances and furnishings. The Penthouse being in a league of their own with uninterrupted views in some as far as the Welsh Mountains! There are 4 penthouse apartments in total and they combine to take up the entire top floor of Merchants Quarters

These apartments have a strict over 25 policy. Guests will be asked to provide proof of identification and date of birth by the Apartment Operator.

Specific Penthouse apartments (River or City view) are subject to availability which must be confirmed at the time of booking.

Booking Procedure

Payment
Online bookings:
Serviced City Pads will take a non-refundable deposit of 15% to secure the booking. The Apartment Operator will contact within 24 hours and will require a further 50 percent of the total amount to be charged on the day of booking and is this is also non-refundable. The remaining balance is payable on check-in.

Bookings made with SCP reservations team:
Serviced City Pads will take a non-refundable deposit of 15% to secure the booking. Serviced City Pads provide card details to the Apartment Operator by telephone within 24 hours of the booking; Serviced City Pads do not retain any card details. The Apartment Operator takes a further 50 percent of the total amount - this will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is payable on check-in.

Security Deposit
Card details are retained by the apartment operator for duration of the stay to cover any damages of breaches of contract.

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Please note the a 3% surcharge applies to all credit card payments. Extra charges apply for check-ins later than 19:00.

Parking
On-site parking is available to book for £15 a night, per car. Please contact apartment operator if you wish to check availability and book a parking space for your stay.

Additional Information
All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
