Eden Square Apartments, opened in August 2007 and offers corporate and leisure travellers the perfect alternative to a traditional hotel stay. The Eden Square development is an integral part of Liverpool’s highly desirable new “Garden Quarter”. The 63 apartments are housed within the stunning glass enveloped tear drop shaped building on Hatton Garden and offer a mix of one and two bedroom apartments, all built to exceptional standards.
Each 2 bedroom apartment features a fully furnished lounge, kitchen/diner, 2 double bedrooms, with an en-suite and a 2nd main bathroom, and are designed to suit the modern lifestyle with facilities including LCD flat screen TV with freeview channels, Wi-Fi broadband access and secure car parking both available for a charge.

Booking Procedure
Payment
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads take a non-refundable deposit of 15% (this payment will be deducted from the total price quoted). Serviced City Pads will contact the Apartment Operator within 24 hours and supply your card details by telephone, Serviced City Pads immediately shred your card details and do not retain.
Standard Apartment Booking -
The Apartment Operator will take the remaining balance on arrival.
Advanced Purchase Booking -
Full remaining balance will be taken within 24 hours of booking, this payment will be non-refundable.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of £250 per apartment will be required on check in. This can be paid in a number of ways: We can accept a cash payment and return this on departure following a room inspection. Alternatively, we can pre-authorise a credit card, which does not debit the account, simply holds the funds which are released back into the account (up to 7 days depending on card issuer). Debit cards are not accepted for pre-authorisation. If you only have a debit card, we can charge the amount to the card and refund on departure following a room inspection. There are also numerous cash machines nearby to withdraw cash.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation we must be notified by 4.00pm 48 hours prior to your arrival to avoid a charge of 1 nights accommodation
Parking
Limited on-site parking is available to book for £12 a night. Please contact apartment operator if you wish to check availability and book a parking space for your stay.
Additional Information
Please note we operate from a residential building and there are very strict rules in terms of conduct and noise, failure to comply with these may also result in loss of all or part of deposit. Parties are not permitted on site and visiting guests are by prior arrangement only.
All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed
