Booking Procedure

Payment
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads require a 15% non-refundable deposit paid by debit or credit card (there is a 3% processing surcharge for credit cards).
The Apartment Operator will then contact you within the next 48 hours to take card details and take a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the remaining balance, with the remainder to be taken on check-in.

Security Deposit
Security deposit of £50 per person for smaller apartments or from £300 - £500 per apartment for apartments that sleep 6 or more are payable to the apartment operator on arrival. Excessive noise or nuisance or any damage to the apartments may result in your deposits being withheld

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge (cancellation charge is equivalent to the total cost of the cancelled booking). In the event of a cancellation, all deposits that have been paid to the Apartment Operator are non-refundable.

The Apartment Operator can provide details of nearby secure parking. Discounted rates are available – contact the Apartment Operator for more details.

Additional Information
All apartments are non-smoking, no parties or pets are allowed in the apartments.
