All apartments can be booked daily, weekly and monthly (2 night minimum stay at weekends applies) - in summary, we offer more space, an abundance of technology and a first class concierge service and all this for less than any decent Hotel.

Booking Procedure

Payment
The Apartment Operator will contact you within the next 48 hours to take:
- a 25% payment immediately plus a further 25% on an agreed date within 3 months of booking if arrival date is more than 12 weeks away
- 50% of payment immediately if arrival date is within 12 weeks.
These deposits are non-refundable.
Remaining balance will be taken on check-in.

Security Deposit
Security deposit of £300 for the apartment is payable to the Apartment Operator on arrival. Excessive noise or nuisance or any damage to the apartments may result in your deposits being withheld.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge (cancellation charge is equivalent to the total cost of the cancelled booking). In the event of a cancellation, all deposits that have been paid to the Apartment Operator are non-refundable.

Parking
Discounted parking is available at an NCP car park close by. Please contact apartment operator if you wish to check availability and book a parking space for your stay.

Additional Information
All apartments are non-smoking, no parties or pets are allowed in the apartments.
