More spacious than the standard 2 Bedroom Apartments, the Penthouse Apartments offers a large wrap-around balcony with fantastic views of the city, TV/DVD player, fully-equipped kitchen, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, washer/dryer, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom as well as an open plan kitchen/living room. Sleeping arangements are 2 doubles/1 double and twin singles and 2 sofa beds in the lounge area.

Booking Procedure
Payment
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads require a 15% non-refundable deposit paid by debit or credit card (this payment will be deducted from the total price quoted). Remaining balance to be paid on check-in.
Guests’ card details will be supplied to the apartment operator by telephone to hold against any late cancellations or no-shows; Serviced City Pads do not retain any card details.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of up to £250 may be required at check-in. This will be fully refunded provided the apartment has been left without damage, and with all apartment accessories intact.
Please note Apartment Operator reserves the right to charge the cardholder and/or guest(s) for any damage caused by the guest or any of the guest's party. A full inventory check of the apartment is carried out before the guest's arrival and after the guest has departed. Any damage to the apartment, or missing or damaged contents will be charged to cardholder and/or guest(s).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to midday (Irish time) on the day of arrival, and received by the Apartment Operator by email. No further charges will be made for cancellations received prior to this deadline, other than the loss of any deposit paid.
If Client notifies of cancellation within 48 hours, or fails to arrive, the full amount will be charged and is non-refundable.
Cancellations are not permitted on Prepay and save rates.
Parking
On-site parking is available to book for £12 a night. Please contact apartment operator if you wish to check availability and book a parking space for your stay.

All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
