Clad in a lustrous copper skin this contemporary building contains 11 ultra modern apartments and luxury rooftop penthouse in the world famous L1 postcode. The self contained apartments are furnished to the highest specification and offer the corporate city visitor or leisure traveller a spacious and affordable alternative to hotel accommodation.

These 1 bedroom apartments have two single beds. Extra beds can be included in the lounge area allowing these apartments to sleep up to 4 people - these would be sofa beds / portable beds.

These apartments have a 2 night minimum stay requirement on weekends (Friday - Sunday).

Booking Procedure

Payment
Serviced City Pads require a non-refundable deposit of up to 15% of the total amount to secure the booking (this is deducted from the total amount). The Apartment Operator will contact the guest within 48 hours of booking to take card details. Remaining balance will then be taken off the card on check-in.

Security Deposit
For bookings of 3 nights or less, a security deposit of £200 per apartment will be required on arrival to cover any potential damages or losses to the apartments This deposit will be taken as a pre-authorisation on a credit card by the Apartment Operator.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival date will be charged full amount of stay. Cancellations made before this time will incur no charges.

Additional Information
All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
