Booking Procedure

Credit Card Charges For bookings made more than six weeks prior to arrival: Your card will be charged for 50% of the total accommodation costs at the time of booking. For bookings made less than six weeks prior to arrival: Your card will be charged for the full amount at the time of booking. Please note: There is a 2.5% surcharge for using Visa and MasterCard. There is no charge for using Switch/Maestro. Payment For bookings made more than six weeks prior to arrival: The remaining 50% will be payable six weeks prior to your arrival date. For bookings made less than six weeks prior to arrival: The full amount will be taken at the time of booking. Security Deposit No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses. Check-In & Check-Out Times Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Cards Accepted Hammersmith Grove Apartments accept the following card types: Maestro, Master Card, Visa Credit. Cancellation Policy All cancellations made will be subject to a cancellation fee. For cancellations received more than two weeks prior to arrival any monies paid will be refunded less an administration fee of £50. For cancellations received less than two weeks prior to arrival a refund will only be given if the apartment can be re-let. Refunds will only be applicable to the re-let period.
