Booking Procedure

Payment
Serviced City Pads require a 15% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking (this is deducted from the total amount). Payment to the Apartment Operator can be made by bank transfer, by cash or cheque. The Apartment Operator can accept payment by Credit Card, but will pass on any additional charges they incur. Full payment is required prior to commencement of the booking.

Cancellation Policy

The Apartment Operator has a strict rolling 30 day cancellation policy, unless they have agreed special terms with the guest, for longer periods of occupation where the full booking is payable.

1 allocated on-site parking space per apartment.

Additional Information
All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
