All apartments are individually designed. Suitable for one or two people the studio apartment has a combined living and sleeping area complete with double bed, en-suite bathroom and self-contained kitchen. Double beds only in the studio apartments.

Booking Procedure

Payment
Serviced City Pads require a 12% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. Remaining balance is paid upon arrival by credit/debit card or cash.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 72 hours or more prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. If notice of cancellation is received less than 72 hours prior to arrival then 1 nights rental will be charged for stays of 1-6 nights and a 2 night charge for stays of 7+ nights. Once in house if a guest wishes to shorten their stay no refund is given.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required but at the time of booking credit card details are taken to secure the booking. On arrival, an imprint of the guest’s credit card will be taken to cover against any incidental damages.

Parking
On-site parking is available at a cost of £25.00 per day - £140.00 for one week.

Pets are not allowed.
