Each of the apartments is contemporary and stylish in design. It will soon become apparent that your apartment is fully accessorised, no matter what the purpose of your visit.

Cheval Calico House is positioned within easy walking distance of some of London’s internationally renowned food markets, such as Borough fruit and vegetable market and Smithfield meat market, offering a unique opportunity for the gourmet traveller to experience a home away from home environment. For those with limited time to visit the markets, a supermarket is just on your doorstep as is a traditional local butchers and an enticing bakery just opposite the main reception.

Our visitors will clearly notice great contrasts. During the working week the area around Bow Lane is a bustling centre for business and finance, while at the weekend it is a peaceful haven. Cheval Calico House is in a perfect location for those wishing to explore many of London’s tourist attractions. On your doorstep you will find St Paul’s Cathedral, and the Millennium Bridge taking you straight to Tate Modern Art Gallery, Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre and an abundance of bars and restaurants on the Southbank.

With excellent underground links, bus routes and a London taxi never far away, London is your oyster.

The small two bedroom apartments have one double bedroom and one single bedroom.

There is a minimum stay of 7 nights.

Booking Procedure

Payment
(For bookings of up to three months)
Once Serviced City Pads have confirmed your booking, the apartment operator will send
• A Temporary Licence Agreement, stating their basic terms and conditions which they shall require the guest to sign and to fax back to them.
• A rent request detailing the amount due for the apartment. Full rental payment is required to be paid 10 days prior to arrival in order to guarantee the booking. The apartment operator recommends payment by BACS, although the guest can pay by credit card (American Express, Diners, Visa, MasterCard), which are accepted on the return of a property credit card authorization form (to be completed by guest).
• A Credit Card Authorisation Form will need to be completed. All bookings are subject to a £500 deposit as a guarantee against any dilapidations in the apartments and any incidental charges.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation prior to tenancy is required in writing if the written notice is received less than 3 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks or if the written notice is received between 3 to 4 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge shall be 75% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks.

Security Deposit
Between 1-7 days prior to arrival, a dilapidation deposit will be required. For bookings more than seven nights, £500.00 will be pre-authorized against the credit card used to secure payment (unless alternative credit card is provided/advised). The deposit is returned to the guest credit card after departure subject to any outstanding incidentals or dilapidation charges that may be incurred during the guest’s stay.

Additional Information
A Temporary Accommodation Licence Agreement is required to be signed by the resident and property manager prior to apartment occupation. All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
