Booking Procedure

Booking Procedure - Serviced City Pads secure the booking with a 15% non-refundable deposit. The Apartment Operator will contact you within 24 hours to take your card details, your card will be charged at the time of booking for the first 30 days of the booking, or for the entire period if less than 30 days.

Cancellation Policy For notification of cancellation is required at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the stay. Security Deposit On arrival, your card will be pre-authorised for up to £200 to cover any incidental expenses and you will be asked to provide a copy of your passport, driving licence or photo ID card. Please note: For security reasons, you may be asked to show the card used to secure your reservation.
