Grand Plaza apartments give you the independence and catering flexibility of your own home together with the comfort and service of a 4* hotel. Think of us as your home, but with cleaning, catering, porters and reception staff thrown in. Serviced apartments are the new direction for the hotel industry. They provide a ready made home rather than a ready made room. Each apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen. You choose whether to enjoy your own home cooking or try the Grand Plaza Breakfast or visit one of the myriad of restaurants within walking distance of the Hotel (or heat up a takeaway!) Grand Plaza is the largest Hotel/Apartment complex in Bayswater. We won the 2009 award for best serviced apartments in London as a result of votes from the readers of Business Destinations Magazine. We accommodate more people each day (tourist, leisure, romantic and business) than any other Serviced Apartment Hotel in the area.
We are located in the centre of the West End overlooking the precise type of garden square which Hugh Grant and Julia Roberts climbed into in the Golden Globe nominated film, Notting Hill - except that we actually have the key! We have one very large two bedroom apartment which sleeps 8. It has twin/double beds in the bedrooms and it has 2 large comfortable double butterfly beds in the living room. It has lounge seating for 8 people, dining for 8 people, cooking for 8 people and sleeping for 8 people. It is fully furnished with fitted kitchen, 4 halogen hob, electric microwave/oven working desk. dining table and chairs, several TVs with sky channels, DVD and free high speed broadband internet.

Booking Procedure
Payment
Serviced City Pads require a non-refundable deposit of 15% to secure the booking (this is deducted from the total amount). The apartment operator will contact the Guest within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation to take credit card details and take the cost of the first night as a deposit.
Security Deposit
Grand Plaza Serviced Apartments take credit card details on check-in. If there is any damage to the room then the apartment operator will calculate the cost of the damage with housekeeping. The guest will then be contacted by the apartment operator to arrange payment for the damage and all other costs that may result from it.
Cancellation Policy
Booking cancellation and no-show and in house amendment charges are as below;
1 to 13 nights stay: There is no charge and any reservation deposit will be returned, if a guaranteed booking is cancelled any time up to 12pm (noon) two days prior to the client's arrival date. Notice given after 12pm within two days of the arrival date will incur 1 nights charge.
14 to 30 nights stay: 7 nights notice is required before an arrival date to avoid cancellation fee. Failure to do so will incur 7 nights charge.
30 and above: 14 nights notice is required before an arrival date to avoid cancellation fee. Failure to do so will incur 14 nights charge.
The effective delivery date of a written cancellation request from a Guest will be the date of receipt of that request at Grand Plaza Serviced Apartments.
Additional Information
All apartments are non-smoking, and in-room burning of candles, incense, etc. is not allowed. In-room smoking or burning of candles, incense, etc. will incur a £100 fine. No parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
