Booking Procedure
Booking Procedure
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads require a 12% non-refundable deposit (this is deducted from the total amount.) The Apartment Operator will contact you within 24 hours of booking to take the remaing balance.
Cancellation Policy
For notification of cancellation is required at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the stay.
Security Deposit
Card details will need to provided on check-on and will be retatined for the duration of the stay to cover any potential damages to the property.
