The apartments first opened on Cheval Place in 1982, and became the origin of the company name – Cheval Residences. The individually designed luxury townhouses, apartments (many with private balconies) and delightfully secluded mews houses offer the elegance, comfort and technology associated with a modern home. This collection of properties are perfect for families and friends travelling together.
An eclectic mix of contemporary and chic bedroom apartments can be found in Montpelier Mews. With just two apartments on each floor and the attraction of walk in wardrobes, corner sofas and individual balconies as well as being meticulously furnished throughout, it is easy to see why they are so popular.
Discretely tucked away Montpelier Mews is a hidden gem of Cheval Knightsbridge, which define elegance and modern living. Enter through a secure gate into a private garden with the sound of flowing water and the scent of jasmine in the air and you will find a small collection of two bedroom Mews Houses, each with their own balcony and patio area.
With the famous Knightsbridge department stores and a host of designer boutiques on the doorstep, it is a shopper’s paradise. Hyde Park and some of London’s finest museums are also only a pleasant stroll away, whilst the wealth of restaurants in the area offer culinary delights to suit the most discerning taste.

Booking Procedure
Payment
(For bookings of up to three months)
Once Serviced City Pads have confirmed your booking, the apartment operator will send
• A Temporary Licence Agreement, stating their basic terms and conditions which they shall require the guest to sign and to fax back to them.
• A rent request detailing the amount due for the apartment. Full rental payment plus any additional charges is required to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival in order to guarantee the booking. Bookings in May-September and 15-31st December require payment 8 weeks in advance of arrival. The apartment operator recommends payment by BACS, although the guest can pay by credit card (American Express, Diners, Visa, MasterCard), which are accepted on the return of a property credit card authorization form (to be completed by guest).
• A Credit Card Authorisation Form will need to be completed. All bookings of one week are subject to a £1,000 deposit as a guarantee against any dilapidations in the apartments and any incidental charges. For longer bookings a dilapidation deposit equates to one week's rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation prior to tenancy is required in writing i) if the written notice is received less than 3 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks or ii) if the written notice is received between 3 to 4 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge shall be 75% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks. Bookings from May to September and from 15th to 31st December require written notice at least 8 weeks prior to arrival. If notice is received between 7 and 8 weeks prior to arrival, the cancellation charge is 75% up to a maximum of 4 weeks and if notice is received less than 7 weeks prior to arrival, the cancellation charge is 100% up to a maximum of 4 weeks.
Security Deposit
Prior to arrival a dilapidation deposit of £1000 is required for a booking of 1 week; for longer stays a dilapidation deposit equates to 1 week’s rent. The deposit is returned to the guest after departure subject to any outstanding incidentals or dilapidation charges that may incur during the guests stay.

Additional Information
A Temporary Accommodation Licence Agreement is required to be signed by the resident and property manager prior to apartment occupation. Key pick-up location is Cheval Knightsbridge Reception: 13 Cheval Place, Knightsbridge, London, SW7 1EW. All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
