Booking Procedure
Payment
Serviced City Pads require a non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total amount to secure the booking. The apartment operator will contact the guest 24 hours after booking to take card details as further security for booking. Remaining balance to be paid on check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Any Canellations must be made at least two weeks prior to scheduled arrival, otherwise charges will be incurred. If less than two weeks notice is given the guest will be charged 1 nights rent if their stay is less than a week and 3 nights rent if the booking was in excess of 7 nights.
Security Deposit
Apartment operator reserves the right to require a bond against damage or breakage, in certain cases. (Usually where children or young adults are in the party.) This would normally be refunded on the day of departure, after inspection of the apartment
