Booking Procedure
Booking Procedure
The Apartment Operator will contact you within 24 hours of booking to take your card details and take payment of the outstanding balance. Payment must be received by the apartment operator before you are able to check-in.
Cancellation Policy
For notification of cancellation is required at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the stay.
Security Deposit
On arrival, your card will be pre-authorised for £200 to cover any incidental expenses and you will be asked to provide a copy of your passport, driving licence or photo ID card. Please note: For security reasons, you may be asked to show the card used to secure your reservation.
