The Apart'hotel is surrounded by magnificent buildings, chic gardens and stylish boutiques, and is a short ride away from Westminster Abbey and nearby historical churches and institutions. You are also only a few steps away from the famous Hyde Park and Harrod's is just a short distance away.

Each apartment houses a bathroom, a fully-equipped separate kitchen area complete with stove, microwave/gril, fridge and dishwasher (in apartments only), TV with satellite channels, a direct-line phone, hairdryer, hi-fi system and safe deposit box.

Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed once a week free of charge. Additional house-cleaning service is available on request and is charged according to your requirements. 1 apartment is equipped for people with reduced mobility.

Booking Procedure

Booking Procedure
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads take a non-refundable deposit of 15% (this payment will be deducted from the total price quoted.) Card details are securely supplied to the apartment operator and remaining balance is payable on check-in. If the stay is 30 days or longer a further deposit of 25% will be taken within 48 hours by the apartment operator.

Cancellation Policy
For stays of up to 6 nights: if you cancel within 24 hours prior to arrival (cancellation charge of 1 night accomodation).For stays of up to 7-29 nights: 7 days prior to arrival if you cancel within 7 days of arrival ( cancellation charge of equivalent 7 days accomodation)
For stays of up to 30 nights and over: 14 days prior to arrivalif you cancel within 14 days of arrival( cancellation charge of 14 nights accomodation).

Additional Information
No deposit is taken for stays of less than 29 nights.For stays of 30 or more nights, a security deposit is required of £20.00 per day of stay at The Ascott Mayfair. Security deposits are refundable on departure less deductions for any incidental charges incurred.
All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments.Pets are not allowed.
